You can call them for the info, but you need to wait until ESPN has received the subscription, which is probably a month or longer. You cannot call now and say “I just ordered it from so and so, give me my subscriber #”.

I actually had subscribed under the $2 fiasco from last year and my subscription just started this month. I got email from ESPN saying “we have received your subscription order, now you can activate your Insider access” but they did not send the subscriber id so I did have to call to get it.
